At Cotopaxi, we stand by our Gear for Good and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't quite right, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
